Hi, my name is Mr. Mike! I have been studying music since I was 12 years old. I started playing acoustic guitar and trombone in Jr. High. By High School I fell in love with the bass guitar and started played in rock bands. By the time I was in college I started travelling the states playing in heavy metal bands before returning to college to study Jazz and Music Theory. I now teach music full time at my private studio in San Marcos. I currently teach Guitar, Bass, Piano, Voice, and Ukulele. When I'm not teaching lessons, I play Jazz, record my friends' bands, and compose my own music.
